New California Ave Restaurant

Premier Properties is excited to announce a new style of restaurant coming to California Ave this summer. Local Kitchens leased the ±2,675 Sq. Ft. second generation restaurant located at 369 California Ave in June 2021 and will be opening for business as early as August. When the former tenant gave notice that they were planning to vacate, Premier was able to immediately identify a number of quality replacement tenants and secure a lease for the landlord within a couple months. With four other locations open throughout the Bay Area, Local Kitchens is helping restaurants bring their brands and delicious dishes to new markets without the time and overhead required to find and kickstart their own brick and mortar locations. Now Palo Alto residents will be able to enjoy food from a number of different restaurant concepts, all served out of the same space. With partners like Mixt, Wise Sons, and The Little Chihuahua Mexican Restaurant, Local Kitchens is sure to bring a variety of cuisine to the market, giving residents and passersby more options than ever.
