Premier Properties’ Redwood City Development is Approved

Premier Properties is excited to announce that our development project at 1330 El Camino Real was approved by the Redwood City Council on January 23, 2023. Premier is now seeking entitlements for the project that started almost four years ago, which will be a six-story residential building totaling 133,922 square feet. Of the 130 apartment units, twenty percent of them will be offered at below market rate rents.
